leadership is always on your side. My leadership team is a great resource and they are always understanding that we all have families outside of work. leadership is strong and committed to all employees and patient care.

Every year they cut something. Always have to do more with less. No incentive for doing well.

we all have each other covered and always look out for each other in the work setting. Our communication is beyond amazing and the team here has no clicks. Not as political as other hospitals I have worked for

Unlike the negative culture on the floors, the culture in the ED is very positive Ancillary staff and other departments are supportive.

Leaving for the day is the most positive thing about the company environment. Morale use to be high until Steward bought us. They have destroyed morale

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are not staffed appropriately. We do not have resources we need. We have not seen a riase or bonus in 3 years, only cuts. Benefits have been cut.
