Very negative. It started out good when I started with sunrun. It has qucikly gone downhill. Co-workes moral is very bad. We are undervalued, under paid, and our voices are unheard when we voice concerns to the executive team.

In the last two years, I have gone from enjoying my position at Sunrun to hating it. The company has put more responsibility, more work, and more liability on me while at the same time decreasing the amount of money I make and forcing me to work on the weekends.

Starting 5 years ago it was a dream. It has been falling down a hill ever since and about a year ago it fell off a cliff and we have slowly been dying at the base of that cliff with no signs of help.

Work culture is non existant. Recently the company has been hyper focused on profit ans has made that a proirity over employee happiness, safety, and mental health. This is a major lack of work life balance and it feels that we as the employees are extremly under valued.

Listening to their employees, stop adding more work to employees duties while decreasing the pay (bonus), stop forcing employees to work Saturdays/six day work weeks. If the company is so focused on profitability, Stop taking managers on expensive luxurious company paid trips to exotic destinations.

Treating installers out in the field with respect and not continually take way perks and incentives from them. They do extremely dangerous work. Installation crews are held to much higher standers than any other department and their voice is not respected.

The benefits are good, and the hourly pay is competitive. However, recently, the company has been taking responsibilities from other departments and adding them to the operations teams plates. They did this directly after making our bonus structure less lucrative And borderline unnattainable.

Executives decided to mostly eliminate the bonus pay structure for field workers basically cutting our pay by 20-25%. Don't think they realize the strain this has put on many.

Each year our compenastion has been reduced via budget cuts to bonus structure. I am payed less year over year due to budget cuts and asked to take on more responsibility for less compensation.

Their compensation is highly variable state to state. They don't keep up with the cost of living. They have only been decreasing possible earnings over the last year and a half.

I deserve to be paid what I deserve, primarily since I have worked here the longest in my field. When I reach out to HR, have them respond to me on a phone call, not a generic email that they never respond to.

Better understanding of the role and more accountability in learning, retaining, and following the correct process. A lot of mistakes are regularly made and it's clear people do not have what it take to do the job and nothing changes.

Some do not do their job and get pats on the back because he is friends with manager. Another makes errors and is very vocal always needing attention and is loved by the lead and super I seem to not matter however I do get noticed when I am not at work because others are not getting the work done

There is nothing positive right now. Sunrun used to be a great place to work however corperate growth over the past few years has made work culture extremly toxic and employees are very unhappy

Sunrun used to be a great place to work, But it feels like ever since we bought out Vivint things have gone downhill fast. The culture is very toxic coming down from upper management. Our worklife balance has decreased while the stress put on our shoulders has increased dramatically

Culture in a labor position... this isnt an office job but we structure the company like it is? I have customers screaming at me and struggle with labor intensive work every day do you really think i care if sunrun cares about me as a person. Its a job i work for money.

Major lack of communication with the customers. Sales teams are over promissing and setting unrealistic expectations for the customer. I hear every day from customers how terrible our customer service is and how they get left in the dark for months or even years on issues with their solar systems

There are not enough characters allowed in this section for me to fill this out appropriately. In short, stop focusing on your relevant things and focus on listening to what your employees say. I have filled out probably a dozen surveys in my tenure here and things have only changed for the worse

The manager assigned to us doesn't give recognition or credit where credit is due, not even a good job. Its just ignored.

Please take thoughtful time to consider each change and how it impacts the employee in addition to the customer. Changes are thrown out without much notice and we the people have to figure out the problems and solutions. It is very time consuming and stressful. Need work-life balance.
