My company was acquired by symplr and ever since that has happened, I have felt like we are all truly part of the same team working towards the same goal. The overall feel of the company is very positive and it feels good to know how much they care about all employees.

Without re-hashing all of my other answers in this survey, I really enjoy and feel pride in the company that I work for. I feel valued with what I do and I feel that everyone is treated with the necessary respect.
What are some of the best things about your team?
All of the teammates that I interact with regularly are focused and excited about the vision of our projects.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel like the products I am working on are there to make our customers and their patients lives better.

I feel like the work that I am doing will help the healthcare industry and healthcare workers to provide better care.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very inclusive culture for all types and beliefs of people and they actively demonstrate that, which I really appreciate.

I believe that everyone feels comfortable in being their true self knowing that they will be accepted for the work that they do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the executive leadership team is very transparent with the communication provided. They push for a culture of open and honest communication between everyone.

We are all on the same journey and looking to support each other as best as we can to create the best products we can define.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
From what I see and hear, the leadership team is committed to supporting the overall workforce while also expecting excellence from the team in return. They have been transparent where I think they can as well.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
With our recent open enrollment, we retained at least the same amount of coverage in all areas with no rise in premiums, which I can't remember happening before. They also offer great leave, maternity/paternity, 401K match, and other compensation.
