What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is the best! I love everyone that I work with.

What makes you most happy at work?

Solving client problems (I have been customer facing in all of my roles here)

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They appear to be very transparent. BJ hosts a lot of Q&As which is great.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I feel like we thrive together as employees, however it's almost forced because we are in constant chaos due to all of these mergers

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Lower level teams are just in chaos. Processes are terrible with all of the mergers. I feel like there are huge pay gaps between new hires and legacy employees.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm a legacy employee, and there are people that work on my team that I know make more than double what I make. Even though they are new hires and more senior, we aren't even close to the same pay bands that make sense. I feel like my legacy experience is greatly overlooked.
