Except for a few communication issues, my experience at symplr has been exceptional. I enjoy working at symplr because of so many things that have been missing from corporations for so many years-the openness of the leadership team, the time and effort invested in the employees, and many more.

My pay is fair for what duties I perform, and the benefits exceed my expectations of an employer.

My customers are the employees of symplr. It makes me most happy when I can assist them with any questions or concerns.

I like working for the people. My goal is to assist employees and take care of their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Equity and diversity. We are a very diverse group who all work together as a complete team. It makes one feel very comfortable in their position.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The amount of money given to employees through benefits and 401k match is above and beyond what most employers invest. Kudos to our leaders for investing in its staff.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our employees matter! They aren't only invested in the company as a whole, they care about the staff, what is important to them and what they need to be successful.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I am most impressed with the emphasis put on employee needs, maybe a little too much at times. I do get a little disappointed in some employees when they ask for more and more when symplr provides such wonderful benefits already. For some, it seems to never be enough.
