I feel that we were under paid by the previous organization. Years of lack of growth in roles and in salary is tough to overcome.
Accomplishments. Personally, as team, as a product, as a company... I get excited when we are really doing the best for our clients and internal teams.
I love that we can have productive conversations and move work items forward. I love that when we all come together, we can discuss the client perspective, functional work flow and technical aspects to come to the best conclusion. I also truly like that we are open and call each other out.
I love they are real. It is great to work for an organization that values people and believes in giving back to the community. I feel that symplr embraces us as people and not just a number or for who we are at work. I also love that leadership is open about both struggles and accomplishments.
