This company is amazing. The only concern is security. Watching other tech companies lay off, or healthcare organizations cutting staff. It is concerning overall.

from day 1 to current, everything has been amazing. There is always room for improvement but these are such minor issues that they don't even bare listing.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The honesty and openness on all topics.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The inclusion. Everyone from BJ down is inclusive.
What makes you most happy at work?
New challenges with friendly faces.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I don't partake in a lot of the offerings but I like the option for legal and the medical looks great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is small but mighty. We are not afraid to ask for help and are so warm toward each other.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
That they are real people and understand that I am a real person too. They respect me and my family most by respecting my time.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people are the best part of the job. They are what drive me to get up and get going before the coffee hits the system.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being transparent, I don't participate in many of the offerings because I have them elsewhere. However, researching them when I first started, it didn't go unnoticed how much time and effort was put into ensuring your employees get the best bang for their buck.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We share personal and professional. We are always looking for ways to lift others up. When my grandfather passed, everyone signed a card and it meant the absolute world to my Nana, my parents, and I who were having to navigate a difficult time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's okay to not know. The saying you don't know what you don't know has been a problem at past employers. Coming into symplr, I had little medical background and no background on some of the tools. My direct manager has taken the time to adapt to my learning style so that I can do great things.
