Symplr has the products and the ability to be great. Lack of sales and lack of accountability in the organization has made the culture toxic and customers are suffering in the transformation in the organization. Leadership seems to have taken the eye off the ball.
The openness about the company's state
The HSA contribution is very nice
We all work as a team
The ability to ask anything without feeling judged
The people I work with
None currently. Its all work and no work life balance
Always willing to help each other out not matter how stretched thin we are we always are there to help each other.
Customers reach out to sales to get help and want to pay but sales is not even replying to them. We are not supporting our customers unfortunately and it is very sad
Need to build a better culture. When your manager tells the team that you are salaried and you need to work more than 40 hours a week it does not make you feel appreciated
Leadership does not seem to care. It seems like everything is about the bottom dollar. Lack of pay raises over the past few years and cost of living continuing to climb it becomes difficult. Especially when your boss considers you a rockstar but that does not factor into your raise.
