My compensation has not kept pace with my responsibilities and productivity. It's difficult to feel valued when my work is clearly undervalued.

The energy of my team is absolutely immaculate. It's a pleasure to come into work and know that we're all working together to get the job done.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I've been in my position since 3/2020 and in three years haven't made an additional dollar in raises. I've been asked to be understanding of financial hurdles for symplr but that understanding appears to be unidirectional. I would like my compensation to better reflect my work. ability, and tenure.
