When I am able to complete the Tasks that are assigned to me daily.

Having a good camaraderie with my coworkers; but also, the ability to work from home.

Even though we all remote, our team makes the effort to get to know each other.

The ability to work remotely, the camaraderie of the team, and the work ethics of the team.

The overall package provides a benefit to meet the needs of the employee and family members in totality.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Even though we work remotely, the organization ensures we have active interaction between the Town Hall meetings and the weekly/monthly Team meetings.
What makes you most happy at work?
While surverys are great for measuring success, I am not a survery person; I am happy when I am not taking surveys.

Our leaders are strong in communications; the openness of the state of the company and sharing the goals to strengthening the company is both enlightening and encouraging.

There is no criticism. It is an open environment to learn from each other for growth and development while maintaining a great camaraderie with each other.

I have worked for a number of other organizations; symplr is the only organization who takes the time to share how the organization is fairing throughout the year and takes the time to ask the employees on a monthly basis for their feedback.
