It just to be al lot of fun and exciting, but sorry to say, since we have been taken over by Symplr things have deteriorated a lot, everything we try to make things better seems to be blocked by Symplr, now we can't even sell our product in the US anymore, not happy at all.

For us they are pretty much invisible

Open and friendly culture, always trying to help each other

Openness, level of knowledge, commitment even though we all have the feeling we do not exist for Symplr
What makes you most happy at work?
Solving issues and developing new functionality using new technology, although we have not been able to develop a lot of new functionality as this is blocked by Symplr
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I'm working as a contractor for TPSC and in may I have asked to have my hourly rate increased by 10 euro, so far (four months now) I have not heard anything back.
