What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

symplr recognizes culture often. I like how they strive to make the communication open and listen to our concerns.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We collaborate well and help each other when needed. Our team works hard to ensure our success as a team.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

The team is honest and does take the time to provide us with updates on the latest things to be aware of. I like how BJ does Q and A and previous companies haven't done that before that I have been with.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

In the past year, our roles have changed and there is more emphasis on us to do more. Our product is also not supported and we have been tasked to do more things with our clients that goes outside of our scope.
