we grew fast and didnt care for structure until that growth was done, making it very difficult to recover from the process that were challenged or broken

They are transparent and approachable

mostly we care about people and their well being

the people are great, they care and they are kind to one another

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

a lot of silos and we are not creating structure and process around how we need to share information and act on and own the actions around how to get things done

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

the pace at which we are expected to go is not sustainable, i believe the growth of symplr due to acquisitions has not been accounted for in terms of bodies to do the work

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

there is no role definition for my role or my team members, therefore, we never know how to solve for problems that come our way. we depend on other teams, and they do not feel they have role clarity either
