its been short but so far I have really appreciated the warm welcome into the company and the town halls are great they don't feel like a corporation meeting.

The company I worked for was acquired by symplr, and this was a merger I saw as completely positive

they are straight forward and I feel informed about the current company situation.

I like that my team communicates well and we really try to support each other.

My direct team is great to work with we've grown to work well and support each other.

I find having the open PTO allows me to continue my volunteer work which is very important to me.
What makes you most happy at work?
No commute and the advantage to be at home since I am also taking care of my elderly father.

I really enjoy the freedom to take the time for my various volunteer events and still be able to vacation with family.

Work from home is something I have come to enjoy, especially with some of the person situations I am dealing with at home.

I really like the chances to give feedback like this. We strive to help everyone be comfortable with the work at home process.

I truly see the team making an effort to be upfront with us, and always looking to balance between company needs and what is best for the employees.

I don't feel pressured to complete for my job, previously there is an air of an unwarranted competition to keep if not move up in your team. this is the 1st corp job I haven't felt that pressure
