I've worked here for over twelve years and am on my twelfth manager. Change is a constant. Not happy to losing the accrued PTO and sick time. Not happy with Cigna.

I try to keep positive and secure about my job, but we are hit with lay-offs which shatter my sense of security.

we are a strong team that works and supports each other like family.

We are a family, we care about each other and help each other when and where we can.

They keep us informed of what is going on with the company as a whole and as individual pillars.

I am trying to keep my positivity up and I like to share what I find in order to help others with their positivity.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We look out for each other, when someone is stumbling, we reach out to them and help how we can. This happens across departments within our pillar.
