What do you like best about the leadership team?

Leadership team is always reachable and listens to us.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Company need to make two days work from office optional for any two days instead of only Tuesday and Wednesdays.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My current CTC is below market standard and management did not look into it during my annual hike (which is again very less).
