The vision and the people are great. Like any company, you just aren't sure when the next RIF could come which is the only reason I wouldn't give it a 10 overall.
They are open and keep us informed...or, at least appear to:)
They will answer any question to the best of their ability in a straight forward manner.
Teamwork. As well as the fact that I have a great boss that seems to fight for us as needed.
We truly are a team. You can trust everyone to do their best and everyone is willing to jump in as needed.
Vision is clear. All departments appear to be working towards the same goal. Open communication and sharing of idea is great!
Being challenged with difficult projects and being involved in a collaborative environment to build something that make a positive impact on our customers' lives.
Delivering good software to customers that will help make their job easier and make them happy! Showing them that we are listening to them.
It's taken a long time for HR to define the skills associated with our positions and how to move up the ladder/make more money. I believe it's coming and that will leave to more solid discussions and understanding in this area.
There is no ego on our team. Everyone within the department is willing to help and share knowledge. They seek other opinions and accept good/bad feedback in the interest of the end product. The culture of the team is the thing that keeps me at symplr!
More true alignment in the career paths to give us the $ we deserve. As we were acquired, there was no time that we were given any type of adjustment to the title we should have in the new company and no clear path on how to get there. Nothing was documented for us to say - I belong there!
