The most positive would be the degree to which leadership supports a positive culture and environment. My boss has a positive demeanor, and that's important to me.

Autonomy and the opportunity to solve a problem that others might have difficulty resolving. I also enjoy hypothetical discussions and working on things that involve visual aesthetics and / or creativity.
