What makes you most happy at work?

Solving problems for customers, making their work life easier

What are some of the best things about your team?

They're smart, warm, and always interested in solving a problem.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Improving software, communication, and customer experience. Improving the employee experience as well.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people. Access to team members, company meetings, and communications is being limited by unrealistic billability goals. It creates isolation.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

It's not in line with market value. I don't want to have to get another job in order to be paid what I'm worth.
