Onboarding was a challenge with all the new tools and steps we had to learn, but I have adjusted. I enjoy working for symplr and the product I support. Still have some frustrations with the slowness of my PC and the applications I use. I feel we need more memory in our PCs .

We are a close family and we all work well together for the most part. Most of us are willing to help each other out when needed.

Most of us get along like family. We have some that can be a little rude or belittling. Most everyone is willing to help out and do knowledge transfers.

The fact that they care for us as an Individual and not just a number. The transparency of their thoughts and plans. They love this company, just as much as I do!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have worked with this product for 19 years, 13 years as an end user, and 6 now in my current role. Over the last 6 years, I have had only one merit increase and my evaluations for the past years have met or exceeded expectations. I give the company 110% and am always willing to do more.
