Generally great. The recent overturn of leadership makes me worried about the future of our company -- all of the leaders seem to be jumping ship. That makes me worried about the future of our company. But if this company keeps going, I'm happy to stay here and work here.

My team members pitch in and are understanding. I'm lucky to work with a very supportive team.

Positive work culture, feeling I'm contributing to something good, and getting paid what I feel I'm worth.

They seem to be trying to pick up the pieces and create a culture of care and trust

I really enjoy the work that I do, and I feel that the pay is a fair rate for my expertise. Win-win.

My team is great at communicating and supporting each other. It makes me want to continue working with them and supporting them as best I can.

We work well as a team, support each other and communicate often. Even though were 100% remote, we work better than any in-person team I've ever been on.

There's a flexible range of health insurance to choose from (or opt out of if desired). There are also perks such as discounted hotel stays and amusement park tickets.

The culture is supportive and progressive. I really love working at symplr. I am a remote worker, but I feel very connected despite the absence of a physical shared workspace.
