Resolving a customer's issue. The more difficult the issue usually means the more excited I am when I resolve issue.
Resolving customer issues. When I resolve a difficult issue, I am more satisfied as I had to use troubleshooting to resolve issue.
They want our questions no matter the subject. Also, asking those tough questions, they are treated as question and not an employee with complaints or issues.
Our leadership leads through a very open and transparent organization. We know how our company is doing and how we can help to make it better.
Solving an issue either quickly or a tough issue that has taken hours to determine. I love analyzing the issue and then determining issue and solution.
Our willingness to work together to resolve issues as quickly as possible for our customers. No one 'stealing recognition' but letting the person that resolved issue receive the recognition.
Being open and straightforward with employees. Such as telling us that if we didn't take a pay raise last year no one would have been RIF. How is that for honesty!

Even though we are remote it seems like we work in same office. We aren't a bunch of individuals working around the globe but team that seems to be working in an office next to each other.
Resolving a customer's issue. When an issue is tough to resolve and I finally determine the resolution at that moment I am extremely happy. I enjoy the thanks from customer but my satisfaction comes from solving the issue.
I like our Town Halls and QA meetings. Our Executives are straightforward with employees with good and bad news. They own responsibility when something does not go as plan, and admits it to the employees. A rarity in business.
To help our customers with their issues. When I resolve an issue then that day is a good day. If the issue was one that I struggled on but was finally able to resolve, then that is a great day.
Their willingness to make changes when a process is not working as expected. I believe the moving of merit process from middle of year to beginning of new year is an example of this behavior. I believe it makes better sense financially.
I appreciate the honesty and openness our leadership provides on everything symplr. Letting employees know the situation with company during this economy allows me to make personal financial decisions that is my best interest. Such as delaying on automobile if an option.
