What do you like best about the leadership team?

I like that they're as open as possible.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Great team lead, enjoy working with my coworkers.

What makes you most happy at work?

I get to work on interesting projects most of the time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like I'm underpaid considering the work I'm doing on the team and the things I'm accomplishing on the team. Not many opportunities for recognition / promotions.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I've been at the company nearly 2 years and while I've had outstanding performance reviews, none of them have been tied to a merit increase. The one merit increase I have received was a COLA provider to all employees (based on start date) and not tied to performance.
