It's great! It's the best company I've ever worked for. They truly care about the employees, the customers and the quality of what we give to healthcare. And they have realistic goals.

Clear goals and objectives an real time view as to how we are doing with those two things

The honesty and support, they are involved and they know the reality we live day to day with our customers

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I think the costs of living and the needs of my role are rising faster than salaries keep up with right now- I know that is largelybecause of things our company can't control but it is still a reality. BUT for right now the supportive and appreciative leadership we have does help compensate.
