We all pitch in to help with all areas of our efforts. No in a silo working on our own specific things.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Started at underpaid salary (during Covid). Took too long for company to bump up salary despite Excellent Work and status of efforts being done. (took years!) Now that my salary increased somewhat, only seeing marginal increases, so remain underpaid with really no hope in sight of ever getting

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was the only developer maintaining couple of our core Legacy Software products. Transitioned to another team. But, I frequently am called back to help mitigate / solve Big Customer issues. Mgr says I impress him in all ways. But, 2% raise when already underpaid in my 2 1/2 years is not enough.
