It was good in the beginning, but with offshore partners coming into the picture, it created job insecurity and disrupted workflow due to numerous mistakes they made.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Friendly and helpful. Makes me feel important.

my team mates make me want to go to work everyday.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Increase in salary to compensate for workload and rising cost of living.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Executive Leadership team doesn't seem to understand the full scope of our work.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Belongingness, openness, no crab mentality, has support from Team Manager and account managers.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Better salary and better software that doesn't always go slow or freezes, etc.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Put back former vacation, sick leave policies instead of being dependent on approval of manager. More experienced, certified and better performing employees should be given more than 3% increase.
