Transparency. The Townhalls (and Q&A's) really show that they want to keep their employees informed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensations are not alligned with daily life and heavily dependent on the location you work for.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
people need drop the toxicity attitude and be helpfull in stead of going through management channels to get information.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
stop assigning more and more roles to positions and create separate positions. Makes it easier to divide workload and raise the quality of work.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I get to focus on scheduled tasks, manage to complete them and get that note from the customer that their happy with the information they got.
