The equal respect and common courtesy grouped together with real talk person to person. Inclusiveness I feel and I see the same for others.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Leaderships words/statements match actions. Upper management will engage with the average support worker with equality and respect they would want for their own family. I love love love love love love it here!
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I initially interviewed for a credentialing specialist position but offered/hired for a quality assurance position. This may be overlooked/error. I'd appreciate a reviewed without me sounding ungrateful. Is there an internal pay scale grid to view?
What are some of the best things about your team?
Communication is clear with tools to support decision making. Engaging, inclusive, the company culture is evident every single day with my peers and managers. Everyone's actions are consistent with expectations of respect, professionalism, inclusiveness, and real talk/communication.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love knowing my peers, my managers have 1 focus in mind, quality, meeting and exceeding expectations/turnaround times. I love that I am treated with respect and common courtesy. I feel important and that makes me work better.
