
Still fairly new with the company. The monthly meetings are very informative and lets us know what is happening on the side we don't see. Shows us how to keep up the pace as we strive to grow symplr. Fairness all around. Being able to see what our other offices, cultures and environments are doing
My overall experience has been great so far. Always a positive experience with my co-workers/teams. Leave company meetings knowing that we are valued and cared about. There is a future for us as we all work to help each other.
Having never done what I am doing now, it is exciting what the process is, how it works and what the next steps are to complete it. Never boring or lack of work. Never a dull day!
