Still fairly new with the company. The monthly meetings are very informative and lets us know what is happening on the side we don't see. Shows us how to keep up the pace as we strive to grow symplr. Fairness all around. Being able to see what our other offices, cultures and environments are doing

My overall experience has been great so far. Always a positive experience with my co-workers/teams. Leave company meetings knowing that we are valued and cared about. There is a future for us as we all work to help each other.

Having never done what I am doing now, it is exciting what the process is, how it works and what the next steps are to complete it. Never boring or lack of work. Never a dull day!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are a small team with a lot of work. My per hour just seems a bit low.

They keep us in the know on what is happening. Help us to know, grow and develop in our positions.

The ability to have the time available when need for an emergency or for a well day. Having employee support services, things get tough sometimes.

When I can complete my tasks for the job each day and they have a positive outcome on the next process and there are no mistakes

They are well informed about symplr and are working towards the same principals that upper management is, which in turn is training me to do the same.

We are helping make life easier for all the first responders that have been overlooked for far to long. Every employee's position is helping them in some way.

They are always there when you need them. Even if they are not sure, they will help you to find the answer. Always willing to help and they make you laugh at times.

Open communication and teamwork, the company's transparency and collaboration focus. There is a sense of belonging, encouragement, we are all in this together. State of the Company /Company All Hands Q&A giving us the chance to ask questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is that we are all striving for the best for Symplr and ourselves. The CEO transparent for us so we have an idea of where we are and how we are doing, what we need to work on and where we are going. We get some laughs at the monthly meetings and then it's down to business.
