What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with customers and solving problems.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

We can make some really good money. It's absolutely a top driver.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their attitude, willingness to help, determination to get things across the finish line. I have never worked for a sales organization that is more willing to get creative and get deals done than this one. It's so awesome.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Things are moving at an incredibly fast pace, but you always have executive support along the way. There is so much potential and so much to get done. You've got to have a sense of urgency with the customers and internally. I love that. That's how I roll.

What are some of the best things about your team?

When I get exposure across broader teams, there are some awesome people. There are a few that I'm not sure add much to driving growth and retention especially but I believe that is getting better. When we have a solid team of folks on with a customer, I see such a difference in the outcome.
