The work is challenging, some days are difficult with learning everything, but it is still a great place to work. The Executive Leadership Team are very open and approachable, feel like I could email them and they would care and respond. Also, the other teams I interact with are great to work with.

My experience at the company has been good overall. My biggest concerns right now is the potential for layoffs due to sales not being the best this year.

For my current needs, I feel the options offered are good.

Currently, my team is the most positive part of the company.

Knowing that what I do helps my team to be successful. Also enjoy helping other teams with questions they may have.

We do not have to pay premiums for our healthcare. It is a high deductible plan but it is still a great perk.

We all pitch in and do what is needed to get the job done and everything has a good sense of humor too!

They are open and honest, even when things aren't looking great, they explain things to us so we can be onboard with the decisions being made.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is willing to jump in and help each other. Also, I have only been here for about 9 months and all of them have been quick to help me understand and learn what I need to know.
