What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

We are believers with strong goals.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Listening to the teams concerns on resources and work life balance.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

It is stressful. The products we implement are not fully vetted and the integrations between the products are not working as customers may expect. We are selling things that we can't really back with the products and it creates a dissatisfied customer.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

If i only worked 40 hours a week my Salary would be adequate, however for the last year i have worked substantially more than 40 hours/week and have had no increase in pay. I am basically earning less per hour and the company is taking advantage of my willingness to pitch in.
