Overall, I have enjoyed the many opportunities this employment has offered. Symplr is a company that is accomplished and strives to grow. I have had the opportunity to work with some of the best people that are knowledgeable and work well with others.

We work well together when given assignments that require a team effort.
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager is very positive in spite of growing concerns for our job. I enjoy the type of work I do.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Two percent raise annually is difficult as it does not meet the rising cost of living that is continually rising. Overtime is not permitted leaving one with a fixed income.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is hard for me to answer this is that so much has changed within the last six months with staff members at the leadership level and exactly what they are trying to implement. Still learning what that new culture looks like.
