What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Work life balance is good and respected.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

In general, they are relatively transparent but do have some agendas they dance around.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I believe the pay scale is high and benefits are good. Opportunities for advancement are not.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We frequently meet as a team. We are very much on the same page and try to provide the same services to the areas we serve. Some care about doing that better than others.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There seems to be little in the area of career advancement and the company defining a career path for many positions. If an associate does an exceptional job in their area they are more likely to be kept in that role than looked at for advancement.
