There is always work to do but more often the priorities change or others think they have but are not communicating that to the innovation teams a miss is fine but other items have to be reprioritized. Company over all is great and people are there to help just a lot of change at times

What is the best part about your compensation package?
multiple options that we have available but costs are a little high
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
If you need something to make a product work or to enhance it you can now reach out to upper management with Justification and have that reviewed with a response
What do you like best about the leadership team?
the recent change in communication style is a great improvement, just need the same on projects so all teams know what is going on not just bits and pieces then we have risks
What are some of the best things about your team?
we have each others back we all work together to solve problems, no finger pointing lets solve the issue and learn from what went wrong to better the team not a specific individual
What makes you most happy at work?
seeing movement on ADO requests that we have completed not just for our clients but in general we have more then we can handle but the team moves quick and over exceed and pull in a few extra's not that they had to work more but other teams/clients responded and could move quicker
