What is the best part about your compensation package?

Permissive time off is a nice benefit.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Their transparency and apparent alignment on the endgame.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Transparency. I don't feel like there are things left unsaid - it's all out in the open.

What makes you most happy at work?

I like to see things get better - to end each day knowing that the current state is better than it started that morning.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Because of the attrition over the years and the slow hiring (in the US), everybody that is left is vested in their job - they really care.
