One of the absolute best of my career.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Best place I've ever worked. I hope I am here until I retire.

Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

It was much better before BJ Schaknowski.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Alignment, energy and focus on customers and employees.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Customer focus is front and center in all.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Transparency, authenticity, kindness and accountability

What do you like best about the leadership team?

alignment, transparency, fun and accountable

What is the best part about your compensation package?

In line with the market.

What makes you most happy at work?

New challenges every single day.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The people are genuinely good, hard working and accountable people.

What are some of the best things about your team?

They aren't managers. They aren't investment capitalists. They aren't directors making shit decisions trying to land a VP or CEO job.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Fire BJ. Focus on hiring people to fix the product. We cannot fix your inability to sell a a broken product.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Fire BJ. Return power making decisions to people who actually know and use our products and can actually contribute. Stop offshoring all the talent. Fire BJ.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We want To be compensated like BJ. We do more work than he does but we only get paid $50,000 a year. He wastes 50,000/hour on his bullshit Q&A's where he tries to deflect reality. Pay your workers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Taking responsibility for their actions and decisions. Wasting money on buying pointless market share is not going to fix the current products you do have. We can not fix the product we currently have because you keep firing all the knowledge. Terminate BJ's contract, let half of the "Directors" go
