Overall good, however given actions taken I would not recommend a friend to come work here for fear of them losing their jobs as it has already occured multiple times with individuals I have recommended.

In comparsion to the market, my pay is lacking given the amount of time I have been with symplr.

Demonstrate commitment to deliver for our clients while navigating the complexities of growing the business and balancing the desires of our investors

They have recognized that the organization has been mismanaged in the past leading us to this inflection point and is all in on finding the best path forward.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That our new CEO realizes we have created a culture and environment that is too hard to navigate and work within to get things done. He has intentionally indicated these things will change.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The remaining team members are highly dedicated and strive to do the right thing every day; however, are realistic that our resource constraints will not allow us to do everything we should and need to be doing to solve for symplr and our customers.
