They have a desire for agility, speed to market, financial success and clarity.

Hard-workers, driven, they have each other's back, and a desire to be better and better every day

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

A desire to get better and better every day. There is a productive advantage if we pounce on that cultural characteristic in a proactive way.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

A more proactive and timely approach to compensation conversations. I realize there are many moving parts to determine compensation. However, more frequent updates and transparency to that progress, providing an expected date for communication and meeting the date.

What makes you most happy at work?

When others respect boundaries that enable productive work. Too many meetings/email/Teams is inefficient if not managed well. Result = long hours & weekend work. We need top-down guidelines to prevent excessive electronic communications to enable our staff to help move our needed more strategically.
