Completing a project is very satisfying. Love to hear positive feedback from customers. (and any feedback, actually)

I feel that my compensation is on the low end of comparable similar job title/job description at other companies.

Working at a company in aggressive M&A mode is challenging but the culture of transparency at symplr helps so much.

We work well together recognizing each others' strengths. Together we can accomplish what we need to. We balance each other.

The company makes employees feel their own role is contributing to the success of the company. Employees are encouraged to be creative and are given a certain amount of autonomy.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Transparency from the top, and really, all across the company, the feeling the synergy make for a positive work environment. I feel like part of the bigger organization. People are happy at work and feel good about their work. It's extremely satidfying.
