I truly enjoy working at symplr. We have good people that truly care about what we do. However there are a few areas that we can improve on and my answers reflect that. One is uncertainty about growth based on location.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
symplr is a good company and I believe they mean well and provide competitive compensation and pay, but the negativity lies in the fact that US Engineering jobs are rapidly disappearing. That is very concerning.

They are professional, hardworking and caring.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We appear to be focusing on building the Engineering organization outside of the United States.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a lot of people who really care and are working towards a common goal.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is great transparency into what the focus and scope is going forward for symplr. That's greatly appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Delayed promotions, large pay disparity for legacy employees versus new hires and inconsistent bonus structure/percentage lead me to my answer.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get a lot of satisfaction knowing that we deliver software that has an impact on people's lives. It makes their job easier.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The business needs to take a second look at how we are staffed and where the resources are. Lack of growth in the US is concerning.
