Dependent on the team and product you work on things can change for the good or bad. Offshore teams are still a struggle to work with as they are challenging to work with. In country teams have a better understanding and work ethic.

Able to have small breaks to just relax and talk to people about non work related items.

Creating the tools to make my customers (internal) have a better way of retrieving the information they need to be successful.

Work changes rapidly and often decisions are made without proper input from the SME's, so the changes are often against our will.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Sadly I think we took a step back and we stopped doing some of the more engaging across company fun things. I think we need to get back to that.

We used to have great social hours, we have since scaled back on those, but that was a great positive, meeting people from other areas of the company in a social setting.
