Absolutely love it. It's a great environment and I am incredibly happy that I personally took the leap to this job and company.
Interacting with others and building relationships with customers. I love solving problems and working toward the greater goals.
We all have different levels of experience and backgrounds and it allows everyone to bring something to the table.
A lot of communication. I feel the company is very transparent in their goals, the industry, and the state of the company.
Paid parental leave is freaking amazing! Honestly having one less stress as a new parent as it comes to finances is beyond fantastic.
The level of support and encouragement. You have to start the engine, but between managers and coworkers, they help drive you to succeed.
Transparency. Everything is out in the open and everyone feels on the same level. Doesn't feel like people are above you or below you.
For the most part, we are all on the same page and brainstorm the same way. We have great discussions and share ideas and it always feel positive and benefiting to the clients.
The environment...it's a fun, relaxing place. Minimal stress and there's always room to grow and learn. Mistakes happen but it never feels like life or death. Everything is fixable and teachable and it's a positive environment for both newbies and experts.
I personally didn't have any issues (being a temp to hire) but I know of other positions that seem to have some red tape. I also realize it's hard to find good, qualified candidates right now and the selection process is important.
It feels very relaxed. Everyone is comfortable being themselves. In tech, there's a lot of nerdiness/geekiness and there isn't any shame or closeted feelings about it. Everyone is very accepting and it feels like a comfortable place to walk into every day.
I feel I am paid very well and the benefits start on the day of hire, which is excellent! I do wish the HSA was available through all insurance packages though. I will have to change my benefits at some point and it will end my HSA.
