What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

My team is positive and my Director is super positive always motivating each other :)

What makes you most happy at work?

Being able to help my team in any way I can and keeping our customers happy even though our older platform can have issues.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

My leadership team is amazing. Giving opporunities to advance and help other team members with training. A positive work environment with a strong support system behind you. So very thankful!

What are some of the best things about your team?

My team is always willing to go the extra mile for our customers and each other. For our customers we are always trying to offer the best feedback when it comes to configuration or helping troubleshoot a ticket. The team is always willing to jump in and help whenever needed. Go CQS Team!!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I was promoted to manager 3/4 months ago and still have not received the compansation for this promotion. I know things are slowed down due to the acquisitions of Phynd and Tract Manager, but still believe it should not take this long. Do not get me wrong I am still thankful for my job.

What did you like most about the interview process?

I came into this position because my former manager left the company. Thankfully my old manager gave me some of her responsibilities so I had some knowledge under my belt. Neal and team looked at all my previous experience in the industry and didn't hold against me that I had never been in mgmt.
