I'm still here because of my coworkers. I was hired on at lower rate than peers with less experience. CEO is so condescending. Benefits are okay but could be better. We can make a 4 day work week work!

The wealth of knowledge and family like vibe.

Working with my coworkers and learning new things.

Support is working on their culture which means a lot.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Support leadership has our backs! Am comfortable going to them with any issues I may encounter.

We mesh so well. I probably wouldn't still be at symplr if not for my coworkers.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Consistently at the top in metrics but make less than a new higher with less experience.

Employee recognition is a popularity contest. Support multiple products but no pay increase to compensate.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Be more authentic and less condescending. Sales are important but they aren't everything. Invest more in product!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Products are not properly developed and more issues are released than fixes. Better balance between Sales and any other department in the company. Does ELT do what it takes to avoid layoffs?
