Overall, I've enjoyed my time at API Healthcare / symplr. My current projects are mentally and physically exhausting. I'm going to be glad when they are finished soon and I can focus on other areas for the business.

Autonomy of work. We each do our own piece and make sure things are getting done.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The majority of the company seems to have a good fit of work/life balance. I feel that my specific area is lacking in that function -- but other coworkers in other areas don't seem to have those same issues.
What makes you most happy at work?
When I am able to work on project work that provides value to my team. I've been working through a major project right now that is a huge drudge project -- It definitely is lowering my scores on some of these questions.
