All of my colleagues are there to help. We are a strong team.

I know that I am not compensated the same as those in the same role.

We support each other. We work as a team. Nobody is only here to look out for themselves.

I like earning commission- it holds me accountable and really makes me feel rewarded for a job well done.

We try hard to keep things exciting, given that we are all remote we get creative in being collaborative.

I feel like even though our company talks a big game about our "go forward strategy", I need to see some actual results to buy into it fully.

I feel like symplr really cares about its employees. They are always finding ways to make it better for us- whether it's improving benefits, hosting Bingo games with prizes; they just really make it fun to work here.
