We had good start at GE Healthcare, and then transition to symplr. But I see some of the changing directions again. I am bit skeptical about future.

CTO is much mature person. He is the one reason for me to continue here.

There is lot of dynamism and uncertainty on what is practically possible and on the assumptions about road map.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

We need to listen to voice comming from Assoaciates. Market is dynamic and to retain talent, we must do revisions

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

With uncertainty with direction, sometimes is just them mundane work. We tend to do some of the things again and again because of changing directions.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Market is changing fast in Bangalore. In order to hire and retain talent, we must look at doing parity match across standards of other companies.

What are some of the best things about your team?

We have lot of sync up calls. some of them are definitely needed. But this is effecting "work & life" balance. Generally, my day that starts at 9:30 AM, it gets extended till 10:00 Pm to 10:30 PM (Bangalore). We do have small breaks in between. but that keeps me overwhelmed. Something needs to done
