What makes you most happy at work?

Improving the client user experience. Fixing things and making their lives better.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Communication seems to be often and mostly genuine. Sharing financials internally is helpful.

What are some of the best things about your team?

Generally my team members care about the product and improving our clients experiences positive.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The culture is always shifting and people are willing to do things to make things better.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I'm only valued when there is a critical error. Last year I worked over 1000 hours of overtime and was allowed to take 3 days off. I keep asking for help and I'm told that there is no budget.
