There are frequent company meetings and Q&A sessions. Leadership is perfect, but they are open to feedback and responsive to concerns.

The company really seems to care about the wellbeing of each employee and is always looking for ways to engage the remote workforce.

Many I work with have been around a long time as I have, but there are also newer employees, and it is an interesting mix to interact with.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They have regular meetings to update the company on where the company is, and how the future looks. They also hold regular townhall Q&A and are as open as they can be with their answers.
